Did you check with the latest version of ftp://pub/vim/runtime/doc/usr_21.txt
?
I have:
1 *usr_21.txt* For Vim version 7.0. Last change: 2006 Jun 21
Hmmm, I am looking at an older version here (which still had the
error):
*usr_21.txt* For Vim version 7.0. Last change: 2006 Apr 25
I'm confused, because this is the latest version in SVN. See:
https://svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/vim/vim7/runtime/doc/usr_21.txt
Doesn't HEAD in svn contain the latest version?

SVN is known to "lag behind" somewhat; but not having been updated 5 months
after an update which is itself 2 months newer than the version in the
repository, that's really a helluva lottova lag. (Maybe the SVN maintainer
went on holiday?) However, patches are only rarely published for runtime
files, even when they are updated. I synchronize mine periodically using
rsync. You might want to check CVS to see which version it holds.
Best regards,
Tony.
