I was refering to the look and feel shared by all tip pages.
Have a look at the initial version of that new tip.

Indeed, that could be enough.
Angela, the link you gave us, does it apply to every pages, or only to the edit
page?

If we could have a reminder only when we are anonymous, and when we are trying
to edit a page, that'll be nice. If the reminder could come as a magenta
div-panel (like {{review}} one), it would be even nicier. In a perfect world, an
anonynous user editing a *new* tip-page will see another reminder that tells him
about {{vimtip}} and categories.
