I've finished cleaning up categories (use CatInfo and make sure every category is under Category:Browse). That includes putting Category:TeX under Category:LanguageSpecific.
There is one category which seems to be unused. It's possibly a left-over from Bastl's experiments while setting up the wiki. http://vim.wikia.com/wiki/Category:Tip Bastl - would you please delete the above assuming it is unwanted.
