Im not a C/C++ programmer, but i've heard is that people often mix up both languages which gives ugly results. In fact a number of tips had "C/C ++" in their title... So the idea was that, if most tips are in both categories, and the languages themselves are mixed up, it should be in fact one category. That's why :-) But i'll leave it as it is.
