I'm slowly working on a bot that I hope would make categorisation much
easier (although that's not my actual reason for wanting the bot).

Grand plan is:
- Bot reads all tips: save each tip in a separate file.
- Script makes a CSV file: TipId,Status,Title,Categories
- Person edits categories in the CSV file (reading the
  wikitext from the local text files).
- Bot edits wiki where categories have been changed.

This should be quite achievable, but even if I don't get it finished, I
would like a local list of all wikitext for things like answering ipkiss's
question about how many tips have an invalid title (like
http://vim.wikia.com/wiki/VimTip1033).
