The tip title is (using ascii apostrophes): Using GREP for a 'list occurrences' and quickfix help command. Presumably everyone agrees that we may as well impose a "use ASCII text only" rule for titles? What about in the body of a tip? There are cases where non-ascii has a point, but my vote would be to replace any non-ascii quotes with ' or ". Opinions? There are 105 tips with non-ascii characters.
