The following tips have illegal characters in their titles, so they were not
imported.

I have copied the text of each tip from vim.org, and will manually create
the tips on the wiki (after fixing their names, and doing some cleaning).

A couple of the tips are doubtful, but I'm thinking I'll just clean and
upload them anyway.

However, what about the following? Is this worth uploading?

An FAQ on the vim users' mailing list is whether <Tab> and
<C-I> can be mapped to different things. The answer is no. As
I understand it, this is a low level issue: <Tab> and <C-I>
are different names for the same ASCII code, and there is no
way for vim to tell them apart. Similarly, <Esc> and <C-[> are
  the same thing.
