There were 28 tips that failed to import due to illegal characters in the
title.
After a lot of pain, I have decided to NOT import the following 11 tips.
Instead, I have changed the associated VimTip redirection page to use
{{Removed}} so the tips are reported as "removed" (previously, they showed
as broken redirects).
The following list shows a brief reason for not importing the tip, and a
link to the original if you want to review it. Please let me know if any
problems.
