Good point. Someone might start with a rather weak comment, but a year later
they might be a very important editor. So, yes, that's another reason for
keeping a Comments section.

I have to report that many wiki purists hate the idea of comments on the
main page. They would argue that the tip page should be as pristine as
possible, and any queries, or doubts, or to-do discussion should be on the
separate talk page (as is done on Wikipedia).

We had quite a long fight about this on the old vim.org mailing list,
shortly before that mail server died. I note, without a hint of
bitterness<g>, that practically none of the enthusiastic contributors to
that debate are here.

So, let's keep the Comments section, even on a perfectly reviewed tip, and
let's welcome new comments, even if a little weak. However, when doing the
next significant edit on such a page, you are welcome to delete all weak
comments, even new ones, IMHO (but wait until you are doing some other
significant edit).
