I am trying to install and use VIM-Latex on a Win XP laptop per these instructions: http://vim-latex.sourceforge.net/index.php?subject=download&title=Download Step 1 of 4 was completed very well and the files were extracted correctly. The second step is what's causing me grief I can't find a file named .vimrc anywhere but I do find a file called _vimrc which has: set nocompatible source $VIMRUNTIME/vimrc_example.vim source $VIMRUNTIME/mswin.vim behave mswin set diffexpr=MyDiff() function MyDiff() let opt = '-a --binary ' if &diffopt =~ 'icase' | let opt = opt .
