I thought this list was dead. To my surprise, there are recent messages in here.
If anyone ever updates the Vim-LaTeX suite, they may want to apply these patches: http://phaseportrait.blogspot.com/2007/07/vim-latex-modification-forward.html which allow forward searches/forward viewing to actually work in OS X.
