Hi all, I'm using vim latexsuite for german text. The smart qoute feature is quite nice, since it replaces a " automatically with the "` or "' keys for german double qoutes. Unfortunately when opening a file in a new tab / split window, the " keypress is replaced by `` or '' which yields english quotes.
