I've just tested this on windows as well, and I get a different error to you. I get a python error from outline.py: Traceback (most recent call last): File "C:\Program Files\Vim\vimfiles\ftplugin\latex-suite\outline.py", line 183, in <module> print main(sys.argv[1], prefix) File "C:\Program Files\Vim\vimfiles\ftplugin\latex-suite\outline.py", line 170, in main contents = getFileContents(root, ext) File "C:\Program Files\Vim\vimfiles\ftplugin\latex-suite\outline.py", line 23, in getFileContents contents = '\n'.join(open(fname).read().splitlines()) IOError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'paper' This might have been fixed in SVN but I'm going to bed now, I'll check tomorrow.
