I had some issues with that quite some time ago. Without having an working latexsuite enviromnent here I guess that the concerning file is mathmacros.vim[1] with the lines exe s:pA2.'omega<Tab>`w <plug>\omega ' and exe s:pA3.'Omega<Tab>`W <plug>\Omega ' pointing `w to omega.
