I don't know what file to edit to get ISO-8859-1 automatically.
When editing a file, I would do :set fenc=latin1 or :set enc=latin1. Sometimes it does work, sometimes it doesn't. I want something that set my encoding at start, or better according to what characters I'm entering. Help me please.
