Modeline in HTML file

Hi,

I'm a long time vim user, but have never figured this one out.

How can I get a modeline to work at the end of a HTML file? I'd rather
use a modeline than an autocommand..

I've tried using:

<!-- vim: ts=2 sw=2 " -->

But the comment doesn't work as expected:

E518: Unknown option: "

Any ideas?
