Hi,
I've got it, "<a>" will be interprated as "<args>" in Vim 6.4, and <args>
will be the command line argument of the :Explore
However, in Vim 7.0, "<a>" will NOT be "<args>". it will still be "<a>"
Note that the :h version7 does not noticed about the incompatible change.
Is this a bug or a feature?

I suspect it was an undocumented feature which has been removed. But I
could be wrong. If Bram comes by, maybe he'll tell you.
