Thanks Tony. Dr. Chip's site seems to have a lot of vim-plugins. So far I just tried out the DrawIt. It looks like a good start and I search for more.
Editing within visual blocks, I suspect, however, sounds like a feature better supported natively by Vim than its scripts. Regards.
