Maybe we shell check that file is under /etc/initng ?

All /etc/initng/**.i files that I downloaded from initng distributiod
have #!/sbin/itype. This surprised me a bit because initng does not
come with /sbin/itype binary, so I consulted #initng channel on freenode.
I was told that the idea is future possibility to invoke those *.i like
        /etc/initng/system/iptables.i {stop|start}
