Having just activated scrolloff=4 (which is great!) I have noticed one small 
bug in gvim.

If you do a visual select using the mouse, then the scrolloff will be entirely 
ignored.

1. Select some text with the mouse.
2. Use the keyboard to move the cursor up to the top of the window.
3. Watch the cursor break through the 4 line buffer described by scrolloff.
4. Press escape.
5. Use the keyboard to move the cursor up or down.
6. Observe as the buffer jumps down to compensate for the scrolloff.

Nothing major, but thought I would mention it! :)
