to /usr/bin/bash to make rxvt work for Cygwin. Vim sees that and set shell
to the same value of course.
Is this something that should generally be set for VIM under cygwin,
or something that only really impacts vcscommand under cygwin? I know
some folks have had issues with cygwin before, and I'd like to prevent
that if possible.
