Using the "VideoDownloader" Firefox plugin
(https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/2390/) allows you to save the video
in FLV, AVI(divx) and MP4. The MP4 file is 227MB and plays on any
platform that VLC (http://www.videolan.org/) supports. QuickTime 7 also
plays mp4 files natively.
