First, please don't top-post. (I rearranged the flow to read more
naturally). Secondly, I am posting this to the list so other people can
share in the fun ;-). Next time, instead of using "Reply", use "Reply

Back to the topic. I /was/ just making a bit fun, actually. Seriously
though, I see that there is a way to invoke emacs, and get it to do the
veri-tedium reduction you are asking for. Read more about it at

I personally don't use emacs or Verilog, so I can't really help you, but
maybe there are some other users out there that are in a similar boat...
Of course, nothing stops you from writing a plugin yourself!
