    patch 9.1.1406: crash when importing invalid tuple
    
    Problem:  crash when importing invalid tuple
              (Yang LUO, Yanju Chen)
    Solution: set type to VAR_UNKNOWN, so that it isn't freed
              (Yegappan Lakshmanan)
