Now I can see the README with all 145 patches, but only by HTTP. If I try to access the same server by (anonymous) FTP, I can list the root directory, but an attempt to cd (technically, to issue a CWD command) to the next directory down (pub) or to any directory that I've tried, times out with: 421 Service not available, remote server timed out.
