Patch 7.1.186
Problem:    "expand('<afile>')" returns a bogus value after changing
            directory. (Dave Fishburn)
Solution:   Copy "autocmd_fname" to allocated memory and expand to full
            filename.  Shorten the path when expanding <afile>.
