It's a pity that we don't have a reproducable example.  It never happens
to me, so I have no clue what to look for.

There was one more patch in the undo code: 7.1.155.  You could try
building with that included and find out if it helps.

It was tested by many people.   There must be something specific that
you do that triggers the problem.  Or something strange about how the
Fedora Vim was built.
