Do you get the source from CVS, SVN or ftp? All tests pass for me using latest vim-7.1.285 (from CVS), with utf-8 encoding. But I also wrote about test42 failing a few days ago: see email in vim_dev mailing list from Tue, Feb 26, 2008 subject was "test42 fails in vim-7.1.261 and beyond". I was checking out Vim from CVS and it turned out that one file (src/testdir/test42.ok) was corrupted in CVS!? But it got fixed afterwards in this revision: revision 1.3 date: 2008/03/01 12:49:21; author: vimboss; state: Exp; lines: +6 -0 updated for version 7.1-266 And now all tests pass for me when checking out latest Vim (7.1.285) from CVS. -- Dominique --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message from the "vim_dev" maillist.
