Note: No need to recompile yet: this patch can wait, unless you package
Vim for distribution. If you only compile Vim for a local install (e.g.
on Unix: make; make install) then gvimtutor was already copied to
/usr/local/bin or wherever. The only change this patch brings to the Vim
executable is in the list of patches -- visible by the "Installed
patches" line of the :version text and the fact that has("patch298") now
returns 1 (meaning TRUE) rather than 0 (FALSE).
