Hi, After some period of inactivity I've built new version for Windows. Changelist includes integration of 15.7a version changes and improved support for long files names (not perfect of course).
It can be downloaded from http://cscope-win32.googlecode.com/files/cscope-15.7a-win32rev14-static.zip (I'm going to move the port to Google Code entirely) If you are using an older version, please backup it somewhere just for the case.
