My 7.2.359 on Kubuntu does that.  I've always assumed it was a vi
thing.  I note the help does not give the details, it just refers to
"pages".  There's other oddities; if the cursor is on the bottom line
of the window, and one presses page down, the cursor moves up a line
in the file.
