OK, I confirm the problem. I had no idea I should have rebuilt the po
files. Sorry!

I too get a partial translation in Polish:
"/tmp/foo" 112 wierszy, 3067 characters zapisano
versus
"/tmp/foo" 112 wierszy, 3067 znaków zapisano
