Slightly off-topic...but now that conceal is part of Vim, can the bars
(and also the stars around topic anchors) be concealed in the :help
syntax rules? Is it worth the trouble?
Some helpfiles would have to be rewritten, because since the bars and
stars were made invisible, some helpfile writers have dispensed with the
spaces around them.
