The source files for all systems are included in one distribution.

There are at least 2 help files (runtime/doc/{farsi,os_risc}.txt)
which still mention the extra archive (now irrelevant).
Attached patch changes it.
Also, what about the following files? Should we remove them?

src/README_lang.txt
