Vi in the console/terminal does not seem to be able to be able to change
the cursor appearance.
Tried:
t_SI/t_EI with \033
- seems to be only for X terms
match Cursor /\%#/
- does not refresh or work well with tabs
The cursorline and cursorcolumn will highlight the line and column and
work well. Using the same method, this can be done but only highlight
the position the cursor is on.
New commands:
hi CursorPosition ctermbg=red
set CursorPosition
