Hmm, seems like Vim 7.3 suffers from the known Win32 DLL bug: # define GETTEXT_DLL "libintl.dll" This could be exploited by malicious coders. Probably Vim should jump to the part below "/* Try using the path from gvim.exe to find the .dll there. */" directly. (I hope I got that right?)
