I know.
But I think syntaxes/ftplugins should have indivisual doc.
Because:
1. readability
2. syntaxes/ftplugins on www.vim.org will follow the manner
that syntax/ftplugin plugins should have doc (if runtime syntaxes/
ftplugins prepare doc)
