Can I just confirm this, have tried :map - ... and it works, but when i add
Ctrl key it does not work. Have tried every combination i can think of,
including :map <C--> ..., :map <C-minus>, :map <C-kMinus>, :map <C-[Ctrl-K +
'-' key]> ..., either way the result of pressing Ctrl-- is just that a
'beep' is produced, of a 'flash' if you have set visualbell in your _vimrc
file.

This is quite frustrating. Have used AutoHotKey as a work-around but I
would really like to know if I can map these keys.

I use Vim 7.3 on WinXP.

Thanks, All.
Pablo.
