Hi everyone, this seems to be the place to send new patches, so here's what I think should happen with the groovy vim syntax file:
$ diff /usr/share/vim/vim72/syntax/groovy.vim groovy.vim 250a251,252 > syn region groovyString start=+"""+ end=+"""+ > contains=groovySpecialChar,groovySpecialError,@Spell,groovyELExpr > syn region groovyString start=+'''+ end=+'''+ > contains=groovySpecialChar,groovySpecialError,@Spell,groovyELExpr It takes care of the groovy-style, """this is a single "string" with quotes inside""" strings, i.e. it seems to colour such strings correctly. See http://groovy.codehaus.org/Strings+and+GString for more details. A big thanks to the people developing what I think is one of the most flexible, efficient and versatile tools I use daily!
