[BUG] autoload variables are not available inside autoload functions

When I launch attached script I get the following output:
    test#var: abc
    Error detected while processing function test#Test:
    line    1:
    E121: Undefined variable: test#var
    E15: Invalid expression: test#var
    2: test#var: abc
but the E121 error should not happen here. Tested no vim-7.3 from Gentoo 
repositories and on vim-7.3.55 (rev fcb916bed51a).
