Considering Vim is already slow when e.g. folding is set to syntax,
I think adding an item to 'cinkeys' by default, which would not benefit
all the users, would be a bad choice.

This option is easily settable in a per-user configuration file (e.g.
~/.vim/after/ftplugin/c.vim). How about mentioning this in documentation
where "bN" and "/N" are described, though?
