reproduce: 1. extract a.txt and b.txt from zip file. 2. gvimdiff -u NONE -U NONE a.txt b.txt 3. move cursor to 2.txt's window, and press j until you touched the first "foobar" now you will see lines in left window jumps up uncorrectly.
