They seem to do the expected function, but also move the cursor to the
first non-blank character in the line. Also with gvim -N -u NONE -i
NONE.
These commands imply cursor movement, e.g.
20:list
moves the cursor to the last printed line.
The 'startofline' option applies.
Is it really surprising that the cursor moves?
