needed. What if we want an action to occur repeatedly in Insert mode?
If it acts like CursorHold plus retriggering, then CursorHoldR is only
usable in Normal mode.

He, you're right ... my guess was both CursorHold and CursorHoldI would
(at least in the final patch) trigger CursorHoldR -- but indeed, that
will not be sufficient.
