You are using a non-standard vim 7.3. Can you reproduce with a
standard vim 7.3?

I'm afraid I've found the setting causing the issue:
autocmd BufReadPost * if line("'\"") > 1 && line("'\"") <= line("$") |
exe "normal! g`\"" | endif
But I don't understand why the procedure I described can cause the
trigger of BufReadPost.
Sorry for noise again, I find the issue finally, not caused by this
setting, but caused by another wrong autocmd BufEnter written by me ;p
