Its a plugin (ruby) assisting with opening files. It filters find output
in an interactive way. I never used it so I don't know details.

I've had some rare cases where buffers were &modifiable=0 where it
they should have been modifiable. I never tracked them down.
So this can as well be an issue which can be fixed within command-t
easily. (eg by :set modifiable)
