This doesn't happen for me. Do you possibly have an autocmd that does
something with the preview window that pops up for PHP omnicompletion?
Or something that works with the 'alternate' buffer? (Is that affected by
the preview window?)
Also if the last line is for example $f->do and you try to autocomplete,
the 'do' part is transferred to the lower window, which can't be undo'd
away.
Also doesn't happen here.
