I can ":view" it with no problem in gvim 7.3.322 (Huge, GTK2/Gnome2,

P.S. When opened by using (in a running gvim)
:view ++enc=sjis beatrice._cmd_
that file looks like it might mean something; but I don't know Japanese,
so I can't really tell.
