1. gvim bug:
If I start gvim (version 7.3.46) on Windows 7 with 'set im' option in
my "_vimrc" file with command line option '--remote-tab-silent' (or
just '--remote') so the full command line is:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Vim\vim73\gvim.exe" --remote-tab-silent D:\tmp
\test.txt
then in the gvim window I see opened file with cursor at command line
- not at file body.

Command line (last line of gvim window) looks like:
"test.txt" line 1 of 1 --100%-- col 1|
where '|' is blinking cursor.

I want cursor be placed at file body after start gvim in "insert mode"
- so I think it's a gvim bug.

1. Maybe there's a refresh missing: does it help if you hit Ctrl-L?

2. Vim 7.3.46 is already quite old. I recommend that you upgrade to the latest Vim distribution for Windows available at http://sourceforge.net/projects/cream/files/Vim/. As of this writing, the latest version is 7.3.382.

2. gvim/vim help needed:
How can I remove this command line info after open some file in gvim
(and vim). I don't need it at all because I have the same info (and
even more) in my status line. I can't find option to disable this.

Thanks.

If you mean the ruler, Vim already suppresses it for windows which have a status line. However, the bottom window doesn't always have a status line, in which case Vim displays the ruler instead of that window's (omitted) status line.

See:
        :help 'ruler'
        :help 'laststatus'

If you mean the "foobar.baz 3L, 120C" message, I don't think you can get rid of it.

Best regards,
Tony.
