Hello Johannes, hello Bram, hello James, i am looking through the list of patches which have been currently only been made available for user of the GNU/Linux Debian distribution. I think it would make sense to include them upstream to make them available to all Vim users. Bram since i had already tried in the past to contact Johannes with other patches for runtimefiles he is the maintainer of with no luck i propose to go ahead and incooperate them, obviously unless Johannes responds this time.
